Refunds
-Outdoor lessons that are canceled due to weather are credited to your account and no payment will be required for make-up lessons.
-Account credit expires six months after original lesson appointment.
-We require 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your private lesson. After two consecutive cancellations, a deposit may be required to hold future appointments. No-show lessons are non-refundable.
-Refunds will not be issued for Booger Tour™ if enrollment is not canceled seven days before tour week begins; no refunds will be issued after tour week begins. If cancellation is due to injury or illness, a doctor’s note may be required before a refund is issued. No shows during Booger Tour™ are non-refundable and non-transferable for credit. Refunds due to legitimate illness or injury will be credited within 30 days.
-Our coaches ALWAYS require wearing protective equipment during lessons and camps. If your student is injured due to their refusal to wear protective equipment and cannot finish their lesson/camp, no refund will be issued.
-Refunds will not be issued if the student is kicked off Booger Tour™. An incident report will be issued which the student and parent will sign; it will be left to the coach’s discretion whether the student will be allowed to attend the remaining tour. If the student engages in any lewd behavior, sexual harassment, destruction of property, theft, violence, or any other illegal activities, a report will be filed with the local authorities and the student will not be allowed to attend the remaining tour, or any future tour.
